Our Story
In response to the global unrest of the last few years, Singer/Songwriter/Producer Michele Vreeland founded Xyla Records LLC in 2023, a record label dedicated to spreading a new sound of feel-good music. Music, as Michele believes, has the power to soothe souls and inspire during complicated times.
Driven by her passion for music and desire to make a positive impact, Michele embarked on a journey to create a platform that could bring joy and comfort to people. In 2023, Xyla Records came to life, representing the harmony that music brings to the world.
Distinct from other labels, Xyla Records focuses on delivering a fresh sound of feel-good music, uplifting spirits and fostering unity. Its mission is to provide opportunities to underprivileged artists and songwriters, recognizing the wealth of untapped talent waiting to be discovered.
Alongside the record label, Michele established Vland Music Publishing, a forward-thinking company that supports songwriters, particularly underrated ones often overlooked by traditional publishing houses. Fair deals and representation empower songwriters to touch the hearts of millions with their creativity.
Inspired by her personal experiences as a mother to an autistic son, Michele is dedicated to making a positive impact on the Autism community. Xyla Records plans to provide employment opportunities to upcoming autistic producers, composers, musicians, and sound engineers showcasing the exceptional talents they bring to music production.
